Waterfall of Tears

This semester has been incredibly stressful. Every morning, I arrive on campus at 7:30 to check on my semester long project on the Drosophila melanogaster. I pretty much live in the genetics lab and am always looking through a microscope. Today after completing one of many writing assignments, my sister decided that I needed a break. A trip to the Galleria did just the trick.
We went to the Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park and joined the many visitors taking photographs with the cascading water. Strolling through Uptown calls for a sleek and modern look. I created an ensemble by pairing a peach halter blouse with lacey flower detail to dark blue high wasted jeans and nude pumps.
Hopefully, this little outing helps me keep my sanity together until the semester ends!
Cheers,
Danish
